During your corporate outing to The Glass Bar everyone will explore the fun technique of glass fusing. We have multiple options to suit your team.
Option 1: Fused Glass Plates - At The Glass Bar
First, everyone will learn how to handle glass safely before moving into glass cutting techniques and using the grinder. Each participant will receive a 6x6in clear tile that they will decorate to their satisfaction. The instructor will work with your group and guide each participant through the process of creating a fused glass plate or coaster.
Group rate (six or more participants) $75 per person. Maximum of 16.
Option 2: Fused Glass Suncatchers At Your Location.
Participants will learn the basics of glass fusing and kiln work. Using precut pieces of glass, everyone will design a 4x4 fused glass base that can be used as a keychain or necklace.
Group rate (four or more participants) $75 per person. Minimum of 16.
Option 3: The Ultimate Team Building Experience, either at Your Location or The Glass Bar (for the full out-of-office-experience.
The Stained Glass Artist, Tracey, will work with the event organizer to design a stained glass panel that perfectly compliments your office. Tracey will cut all the pieces to fit perfectly together to prepare the pieces for your team building experience. Staff members will be divided into teams and assigned a section of the panel. Tracey and Jordan will both be present for your event to guide each participant through the creation process of the offices' stained glass panel. Learned techniques include copper-foiling and soldering. The piece will be framed and ready to display at the end of the event.
