The Glass bar policies

  1. Project Completion Time
Fused glass projects require an average of two weeks for completion. We will notify you when your project is ready for pickup. Pickup times must be coordinated and agreed upon in advance. Projects left unclaimed for more than 90 days will be donated without notice.

  2. Kiln Breakage Disclaimer
Due to the nature of glass fusing, we cannot guarantee that all projects will survive the firing process. We are not responsible for any breakage that occurs in the kiln.

  3. Late Arrivals
Classes begin promptly at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, instruction will not be repeated, and class time will not be extended. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed portions of the class.

  4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

    • Cancellations made with at least two weeks’ notice may receive a credit toward a future class.

    • Date changes are subject to a rescheduling fee.

    • COVID-19 Policy: Our cancellation policy still applies to COVID-19-related incidents, including illness, exposure, or quarantine requirements. No exceptions will be made.

  5. Private Class & Event Attendance

    • All attendees must pay either a seat fee or for a project to participate.

    • The only exception is for special needs helpers, who may attend at no additional cost when accompanying a registered participant.

    • All participants must have a sign waiver on file.

    • Parents are advised to drop off for birthday parties.

  6. Project Completion After Class

    • If you are unable to complete your project during class time, you are welcome to return during studio time to finish.

    • To do so, you must purchase a seat in studio time, as additional time and materials are not included in the original class fee.

  7. Low Attendance Policy

    • If a class does not meet the minimum attendance requirement, you will be notified in advance.

    • In this case, you will receive a gift card to use toward a future class.

    • No refunds will be issued due to low attendance cancellations.

  8. Payment Policy

    • All payments owed must be paid in full at the time of the class or event, including:

      • Remaining balances for private events

      • Costs for additional materials used

      • Upgrades to projects or designs

    • No projects will be fired or taken home until all outstanding balances are paid.

By registering for a class, you agree to these policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
