Kids Classes
What options do we have for kids?
At The Glass Bar, we work tirelessly to keep glass accessible to people of all ages. We develop our classes with beginners in mind, tailor our kid's classes for little hands. We don't want anyone to have a bad time, so we tweak our adult classes to suit kids! We know that some kids (and adults too) learn by visuals, others listen, and some are hands-on. We have reformed our teaching style to accommodate all students' needs. Our goal is to ensure everyone will have a great time and make an awesome project!
What will my child learn?
Glass is not a material that is often found in schools or craft stores. We're here to bring it to you! Glass art is a new art form for many kids, and we aim to reveal each student's inner artist. We are always brainstorming new classes to offer for kids. Keep checking back for updated listings.
Please note the following
Adults are welcome to stay, and participate! However, you must purchase yourself a seat if you wish to stay, as space is limited. A registered adult must accompany children ages 6-8. There are plenty of coffee and gift shops within walking distance. We appreciate your honesty.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled event may receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event or subject to credit only. Cancellations made within 7 days or less will not be subject to any credits or refunds. No-shows will not be subject to any credits or refunds.

Fridays 3:30 pm - 5 pm
We're going to cover a lot during this session. Our first session will cover basic skills such as cutting and designing.
Each week, we will learn new techniques. Students can work on a larger piece throughout the weeks, or make many small projects.
Our after-school programs are great for beginners. We challenge our returning students to expand their knowledge.

Keep your child engaged while they’re out of school at The Glass Bar. Learning a new art form is the best way to keep their mind sharp! With an abundance of techniques offered at The Glass Bar, they will never get bored! Our experienced instructors keep our classes interesting. Camp Sessions at The Glass Bar are perfect for beginners and returning students!
Join us to learn and experiment with basic fused glass techniques. Learn new skills and incorporate them into awesome projects!
